BLS reserves the right, at any given time to change and update the TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.
We recommend to all our customers that the booked vehicle be parked ahead of scheduled in the arrival area (with no extra charge) to ensure a prompt and timely transfer to your destination.
All vehicles provided are available depending on the given time and traffic conditions, by simply pre-booking via phone or through direct online booking at limousines.gr
but this always depends on the availability so we kindly suggest to pre-book ahead of time.
If you do not see the driver at the pick up point we have indicated, please call ouroffice (6977-242881) and we will direct you to your chauffeur. Do not leave the pick up point without contacting us before because you will be charged the transfer at the full rate.
If you do not contact us, the driver is scheduled to wait up to 30 minutes for regular pickups and at times up to 60 minutes after the scheduled transfer.
We will then attempt to contact you from the declared mobile phone or other contact numbers you have registered in your reservation. If there is no reply, you will be charged for the 'no-show' with the full price of the journey plus any waiting time charges incured as well.
To authorize the drive to wait more than the specified time, contact us and we will arrange it. If by any chance you do not show or contact us after the extra time frame given, we will contact you again and if there is still no reply, you will be charged fully for the transfer and waiting time.
Therefore, a 'NO SHOW' is equal to the transfer cost plus applicable fees by the end of the waiting time which will be charged when the passenger fails to arraive at the designated location. If you can not locate your driver, please call (6977-242881) to avoid any 'no-show'.
DAMAGES or CLEANING COSTS ARISING FROM CUSTOMERS:
BLS will charge for any damages or cleaning costs incured to the vehicle as a result of sickness or any damages the customer may have done. The customer is oppliged to agree and acknowledge to pay all related fees and charges to bring the vehicle back to it's initial operating condition.
TRANSACTIONS WITH CREDIT CARDS:
All credit card transactions are checked for card authorisation to guarantee via your bank that funds are available on-line. The amount of approval is usually higher than the expected charges, if there are any additional stops or changes added from your original scheduled route destination, you will be charged accordingly to your card after the transfer has been completed.
All the receipts will be given to the customer, but alsw send via e-mail if requested. (There is an additional surcharge of 3% for all credit card and online transactions with banks).
For corporate / business customers (offices), all costs incured and details of the invoice will be considered correct upon acknowledged reception and delivery with an additional 13% VAT included.
For individual customer accounts and receipts, all charges and details incured via cash transaction or credit card are considered correct upon acknowledged reception and delivery with an additional 13% VAT included.
COLLECTION EXTRA FEES (NON-PAYMENT):
In the event the customer fails to pay for services rendered (non-payment), you agree to pay additionally all legal costs, court fees, accounting fees, expenses and sidbursements for all actions taken before, during and after the commencement of legal proceedins for the collection of all payments due tin the event of a non-payment.
BLS has the right to change without any prior notice conditions services, fees and expenses.
For corporate / business customers (offices), detailed invoices are sent regularly for every 10 transfers incured (after payment has been received in full).
There is an additional surcharge on the price of 13% VAT included.
For individual customer accounts a detailed invoice will be send after direct payment.

PAYMENTS WITHIN DUE DATE:
For corporate / business customers (offices), all payments must be received within 15 days from the date of incoice, unless otherwise agreed within the contract.
Payments not received within the timeline stated shall be charged with an interest of 18% per annum or 1.5% on a monthly basis.
For indivicual customer accounts, all payments must be received after the end o all scheduled transfers. For credit card holders the total charge will be charged to your credit card upon completion of the transfer with a surcharge of 3% for all credit card transactioin with banks.
STANDBY TIME PERIOD:
Standby time is given 45 minutes for domestic and 60 minutes for the international flights and a grace period allowed after the reported flight arrival time at the airport.
There is also a 10 minutes grace period granted on all flights. The waiting time is charged in 10 minute increments after the grace period.
BLS checks all domestic and international flights an hour before the driver is dispatched and billing starts after grace period provided by the official time of arrival (ETA).
Routes for sea ports, yaghts and ferries can not be controlled. Therefore, billing begins at the scheduled pick-up.
The price per stop varies depending on the distance and location, please call us to request pricing policy. From courtesy the driver stops upon any request for example to go get coffedd, a newspaper or to send an e-mail, these stops do not incur additional charges.
However, if there are additional stops of long time periods or multiple stops outside the scheduled transfer tehre will be additional charges per stop added.
Picking up any additional passengers from the agreed transfer will also uncur extra fees.
All toll route destination charges are included in the initial transfer charge to the customer. BLS will not charge you for anything more than the specified destination. BLS collects all toll receipts.
MEETING AND GREETING:
Meeting and greeting at the airport is our pleasure and a service offered free of charge for all customers using our limousines or van transfer services. However parking and waiting time period may incur some charges (if uncurred) which will be charged directly to your bill or your credit card.
You will receive instructions to meet with the driver at the flight arrival gate holding up a paper with your name or the name of the company you have specified in your reservation.
The driver will then escort you tu the vehicle and will provide assistance with your luggage.
A 10% (surcharge tip) is always included in our price, there is no need for extra tips for drivers unless you wish to.
BLS recommends that parents have their own child seat available, but we can offer and arrange with an additional cost of 20 € per child seat (please mention that you need a car seat when you make your reservation).
